Ombudsman's Office
ATTENTION
In light of Deliberations No. 4 and No. 5, from March 17, and March 18, 2020, respectively, which address the measures taken by the Corporation due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Embrapa's Ombudsman's Office will not perform face-to-face services for 60 days, starting from the date of the publication of Deliberation No. 4. It re-establish at any time depending on the Corporation's executive decision. Provision of services via the platform FALABR will be maintained.

Embrapa's Ombudsman's Office reports to the Administrative Council (Consad) and is administratively under the corporation's presidency, while its functional independence is safeguarded in the scope of its attributions. It is responsible for improving the corporation's relationship with internal and external audiences at different administrative levels. It is also responsible for the implementation of the Law of Access to Information.

The "Painel Resolveu?" ["Solved?" Display] is a tool that gathers information about submissions to Ombudsman's Offices (reports, suggestions, requests, claims, complaints, compliments and simplification requests) that the Public Administration receives daily through the e-OUV system. The application allows users to search, examine and compare indicators in a fast, dynamic and interactive medium.
